Better, Faster Broadband for Stamford Brook

Frustrated with slow internet speeds

The good news is that BT and Openreach are rolling out superfast broadband (BT Infinity) across some parts of Stamford Brook by upgrading 50% of the development with fibre optic technology. This means that some residents can now upgrade to superfast broadband with speeds of up to 40x faster than before.

The bad news is that around 50% of homes on the estate are not currently on the upgrade plan.

Members of the Stamford Brook Residents Association are working with Trafford Council to campaign for a faster broadband service for all. We urgently need the support of all local residents to demonstrate to BT and Openreach that there is a local demand for the upgrade.

How do I register my interest in faster Broadband?

Registering your interest on the Openreach website is free and does not commit you to anything. By filling out the form you are simply expressing an interest.

The link for the form is:

The more residents that register, the more our chances increase of getting superfast broadband for all. Please do share this information with your neighbours.
