Stamford Brook Residents Association

Stamford Brook

We are pleased to announce the formation of the Stamford Brook Residents Association.

Any owner on the Stamford Brook Development can become a member of the Association, and we would welcome as many people as possible to become involved.

The aim of the Residents Association is to allow open discussion in relation to the development and to provide residents with a voice when it comes to issues they are experiencing and as a forum for advice and discussion.

The first meeting is scheduled for Monday 17th October 2011 and information will be posted on the website following the meeting. If you are interested in becoming involved please email andrew.smith@scanlanspm.com.

Planting Schedule

Stamford Brook

As most residents will probably be aware this Autumn and Winter will see a large increase in the number of trees being planted on site.

Through discussions with The National Trust it has been decided that there are a number of trees and hedge rows that need to be replanted.

In association with the landscape contractor this work is due to be started in the Autumn and Winter of this year.

More information will follow in due course.

Himalayan Balsam Treatment

Stamford Brook

As many residents have commented the Himalayan Balsam has become quite dense in the river brook corridor.

This issue is in hand and we are currently negotiating with the Environment Agency to decide how best to remove it from site.

Once this is decide residents will be updated via the website.
