As was indicated in previous correspondence to residents essential repairs to the footpaths is about to begin. This will include repairs to certain chicanes and also relaying certain sections which have become worn.

There are areas on the development, as some residents will be aware, which have also become prone to flooding. It is intended that these sections will be reprofiled to resolve this issue.
