Stamford Brook is a diverse development which aims to promote sustainable living by creating a sustainable and imaginative development of new homes in a new landscape which integrates with the surrounding environment.

This website aims to provide residents with a tool to communicate, report and engage with the managing agents, Scanlans Property Management, and also with all partners who are involved with the development in an easy, quick and effortless manner.

It is also intended to be used as a tool to inform and update residents with information from both the partners and also the newly formed Stamford Brook Residents Association.
